How does it work?

If you have outdated or equipment that you don't use anymore, you can sell your used IT equipment to us or send it to us for safe recycling and data destruction. Buyback means that we pick up, handle, securely erase or destroy your old IT equipment. You will then receive a credit or payment for the products from us.

How does it work?

You contact us and express your interest in a buyback. If you know what all the equipment is, you can get an estimate of the buyback value before making a decision. One of our account managers will guide you through the process.

The process involves the following steps:

  • Delivery of secure cabinets and packing boxes for pickup.
  • Transportation of the products with secure and sustainable Fair transports.
  • Quality assessment and functional testing (for buyback).
  • De-identification, data erasure, and upgrading of the products (for buyback).
  • De-identification, data erasure, and material recycling (for destruction).
  • Sale of reusable products to schools and companies.
  • Compensation and deletion certificate sent to you.
