For transfers outside the EU/EEA, Technix IT AB utilizes standard contractual clauses appended to our data processing agreements, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations and, if required, according to statutory retention periods. When we store your personal data for purposes other than our contractual obligations, such as with your consent when you sign up for our events or register a case in the support portal, we only process the personal data if it is necessary and/or required by law for the purpose. When there is no longer a purpose or a legal obligation to retain the personal data, it is deleted or anonymized. Personal data collected for a specific purpose is kept to a minimum to achieve the purpose, also known as data minimization.

Recipient of your personal data

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Exceptions are contracted third parties who assist us in operating the website, conducting our business, delivering the goods you order, or providing services, provided that these parties agree to keep the information confidential and not use it for purposes other than agreed upon.

What personal data we collect and the processing of personal data in Technix IT AB's online shop

The personal information you provide is data that you actively furnish to us by filling out various types of forms. When you order products and services from Technix IT AB, register for our events and seminars, log cases in the support portal, search for available positions, or submit spontaneous applications, we may ask you to fill out forms where you provide us with your personal data. We collect information on how visitors use the website and how users experience the information through your IP address, details about your browser settings, and how your operating system interacts with the pages. This information is processed based on a legitimate interest and is used to develop website features and content. When accounts are created and products and services are ordered from our online shop, we process personal data about the customer's representative according to the purposes and conditions outlined in this privacy policy.This means that the customer accepts Technix IT AB's processing of personal data for its corporate representatives when accounts are created in Technix IT AB's online shop. Furthermore, it implies that the customer itself obtains consent within its own organization if the account request is not initiated by the corporate representative. For corporate representative accounts in the online shop, we process personal data such as name, email address, and possibly mobile phone number, as well as the information you provide us by filling out various types of forms. Even personal data such as employee numbers may be stored upon the customer's request. If the account holder has not logged in for 12 months, the account will be automatically deactivated. An inactive corporate representative account can be reactivated upon the customer's or corporate representative's request. 24 months after the last login, corporate representative accounts will be automatically deleted. Deletion can also occur upon request from the customer or corporate representative. Please note that exceptions to complete deletion may exist during ongoing agreements with the customer. We also reserve the right to delete accounts if we observe any misuse.

Processing of personal data in recruitment

In connection with recruitment processes at Technix IT AB, personal data and related information deemed appropriate are stored to facilitate an efficient recruitment process. The personal data we process includes information obtained from public sources and information that you actively provide to us during contact. We process this personal data based on a legitimate interest, and the information is used solely by those at Technix IT AB actively involved in recruitment. The duration for which we retain your personal data depends on how long we believe a particular candidate may be relevant for our services. The stored candidate data is reviewed annually to ensure that we have up-to-date information.
